A SUNDAY RAMBLE – 10/12/09

Off on a sunday afternoon drive looking for some fall color.  What’s with this image?  Am I back in Vermont?  Noooo, just along the Perkiomen Creek in the Central Perkiomen Valley Park at Collegeville, PA.  This was a nice place to sit and enjoy a packed lunch.

 

They say that weeds are just flowers in the wrong place.  Here are some in the right place to be photographed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then to my main destination, the annual chrysanthemum mountain at Ott’s Nurseries in Schwenksville, PA.  This was a family Sunday afternoon trip for years, way back…..when?
